Where True Success Begins: At Home
The story of the RISE Human Development System starts and ends with the private life. All of RISE’s past and future developments are designed to enable individuals to live their most successful and happiest lives to the best of their ability. RISE’s story began in private mentoring, where a particular businessperson, sports professional, or educational leader needed to be made more successful. RISE believes that – whether in business, sports, education, or indeed any area of life – if people are successful individually and strive to become more successful as individuals, they will also make their communities more dynamic, whether it is a small company, team, or multinational. Based on our experience, this view is understood and applied by a growing number of people as time goes on, decade by decade.
This is also the reason why RISE’s private field has been able to move beyond the development of private mentoring into a new dimension, where the focus is on children, parents, and families. While maintaining the traditional mentoring of top decision-makers, which has been successfully carried out for 21 years, the “family analysis” area was developed in 2012, with the main objective of assessing the relationships within a family. It provides an in-depth analysis of the family members, and by defining them as a “team”, it presents the family’s key challenges, significant yet unexploited potential, and development opportunities. The “family analysis” focuses on the individual, the relationships within the family, and the family as a unit. Family analyses provide parents with strong support to become better educators, to better understand their children, and also provides help to family members during serious crises.
Capacity in this field is limited to 50 families per year. Each year, this full capacity is reached, which is both remarkable in itself and provides a clear indication for future planning. To date, more than 400 family analyses have been conducted, receiving significant feedback not only from parents but also from professionals. Our capacity is steadily increasing as we continue to meet growing demand.
In 2012, RISE introduced a groundbreaking concept: what if a family could be assessed and developed with the same precision and care as a top-performing organization? The result was Family Analysis: a deeply personalized process that evaluates each family member, maps the relationships between them, and identifies areas of crisis, untapped potential, and opportunity.
We treat the family as a dynamic team. Our approach focuses on:
- Individual profiles of each family member
- Relationship dynamics across the family unit
- Long-term development strategies tailored to the family’s personality structure
Family Analysis has helped parents become better leaders at home, guided children through formative transitions, and supported entire families through periods of major crisis or change. While capacity is limited to just 50 families per year, over 400 families have already benefited — and demand is rising. The program consistently receives acclaim from both families and mental health professionals.

Private Mentoring
COMPLEX PRIVATE MENTORING
RISE’s private mentoring remains one of the most discreet and effective performance development tools available today. It begins with an intensive psychological analysis, followed by an individualized mentoring journey tailored to the personality, needs, and ambitions of the client.
Whether the client is a CEO, elite athlete, founder, or public figure, the outcome is the same: deeper clarity, better decision-making, and a private life aligned with their highest goals. We do not push people harder — we help them grow smarter.
Parenting in today’s world is filled with noise, opinions, and doubt. RISE cuts through the chaos with data-driven insight into your child’s mind. By understanding how your child processes stress, makes decisions, and interprets feedback, you can lead them more effectively; not through discipline alone, but through alignment and trust.
Our parenting mentoring equips parents with:
- Accurate profiles of their children’s mental and emotional makeup
- Practical strategies for communication and development
- Tools to foster independence, resilience, and emotional intelligence
The result is not just stronger parenting; it is stronger families.
